David Fulginiti - Founder and President
David Fulginiti, our founder and president, began his career in the battery industry in the early 1970’s in sales, marketing and distribution. Formed Lead Marketing in the mid 1980’s as a Marketing and Wholesale distributor. David Oversees new projects and our ecommerce site and a hands-on attitude in every phase of Our business. Hobbies include travel, golf, and family time.

Nick Fulginiti - VP of Sales & Operations
Nick Fulginiti is the VP of Sales & Operations, with over 11 years of experience in the battery industry. Nick oversees all aspects of shipping, as well as helping our staff troubleshoot problems with both brick and mortar and online customers. One of his primary tasks is recycling, a huge portion of what we do. It’s something that we are passionate about; lead recycling is beneficial to the environment and helps some important materials get repurposed. Some of the current projects he is involved in are the overall expansion of our online presence, and reviewing content for a new website. Goals for 2013 include expanding the number of commercial and fleet accounts for Redy Battery, and limiting online customer returns. We are striving to get our websites as user-friendly as possible, and are always trying new packing techniques to reduce our damage rate which is pretty sparkling as is.

Nick studied Business Management at Keystone College, is married to wife Sharon and resides in Blackwood, NJ. Hobbies include music, sports, cinema and fashion.

Sharon LaRosa - Office Manager
Sharon LaRosa is our Office Manager. With 5 years of experience in the battery industry. Her duties include Online Corporate accounts and office management duties plus Customer service inquiries, returns and related issues. This year she is working to adding to our growing list of national accounts, along with keeping our online customers happy with their ordering experience. Customer Service is her main focus, and to keep improving the one on one service our company is built upon.
Her off hours is spent with arts and crafts, family time, travel , movies and enjoying music.

Brian Hellyer - Packing and Shipping Control Manager
Bryan Hellyer is our Packing & Inventory Control Manager, he has been with us for over 3 years and wears many hats. Bryan’s duties include ordering all packaging supplies, filling orders and managing our recycling department. We pack every order same day, ensuring our customers get most current product available. He has 2 children, Bryan Jr and Skylah, and is a lifelong resident of Glassboro, NJ. Hobbies include baseball, billiards and online gaming.
