Damaged Shipment
Please call UPS at 800-PICK-UPS (800-742-5877) to report the damage so we can replace your battery ASAP.
Returns
We will replace any defective battery for a term of three years from date of shipment Free of charge if you follow these guidelines:
1. Email or call us to obtain a RMA number. Explain the problem. Any package sent to us without this number clearly stated on the OUTSIDE of the package will be refused. Once you have the RMA, Return battery packed carefully so it will not be broken. Put a NOTE in the package with your Name, Phone Number, Email and Order Number. You pay for shipping back to us. When we received it we will email or call you.
2. If the Battery is Bad, we will send a new battery no cost to you except for a flat 10% shipping fee. If the Battery is Good, then you pay to have it shipped back to you or we keep the battery with no credit to you.
3. Exceptions, physical damage, i.e.: bulged case due to excess temperature (environment) overcharging from unit malfunction.
